So I just bought an e-transit for my business.
I have had teslas for a while now.
while Tesla is far superior As far as efficiency goes here's one huge difference as I see it. Tesla claims my Model 3 can get 358 miles per charge.
but this is in perfect scenario.
realistically I'm getting310.
my new e-transit was promised 116 miles. Im actually getting 150-170 per day!
Granted it's how u drive it but Ford seems to have underpromised while Tesla overpromises !

My Real world is around 110 keeping up with traffic and driving in the carpool lane. Of course those numbers are possible on city streets in eco pissing off everyone behind you..
I keep up with traffic
Most miles are around town.
I use normal with low around town.
average 2.7 miles per kWh
On highway I go 65 max usually
Which is fine and get 2.1 miles per kWh.
how much weight u have in cargo?

I’m around 80 20 80% freeway. I get around 1.7 to 1.9 and I’m fine with that I have only had two quick charge three times since May when I bought the van. In California if you drive 65 you’ll get run over or flipped off or both. Especially in the carpool lane there’s so much traffic you have to use the carpool lane and you have to do 80 miles an hour
