this seems to be just an extension of the ford transit site, so why are they separate? any ways i was digging for info today and found this, thought others might want to have it

nope, waiting for transit [or any EV van] to have at least a 120kwh battery but 150-200 would be preferred

Yeah I think there's a lot of people in the same boat as you. Hopefully it's something Ford is working on because it'll make the E-Transit compelling for more people.
What would you use your E-Transit/electric van for?

pre-log EV transit RV conversion [van life]
i'm starting this thread to help myself plan for a future conversion of a cargo van to a RV [van life] i don't have a van yet so some aspects here will be hypothetical. there is no guarantee that a EV transit will be the chosen vehicle but ford is currently the leader in EV vans so... some...

FYI [folks without e-transits], i was unable to find the info online, so i stopped by a local ford dealer ship to find out [and to check out the beast first hand]. the 120vac part of the EVSE lists 12 amps on the cable. not surprised by this but i was hoping for more. looks like i might need to pick up a 20 amp 120vac EVSE down the road unless my plans change [again]

Additionally, the engine may exhibit misfiring, stalling, or fuel odor. Another thing that can get clogged and cause the Ford Transit to lose power is the exhaust system. The exhaust may accumulate gravel, leaves, and other materials over time, affecting its functionality.
