Hey @rickkeen, have you tried reaching out to the parts department at your local Ford dealer? I believe they have access to vehicle schematics in 2D and 3D.
Wheelbase modification for ETransit Chassis Cab?
In the US, Ford is only offering the 178" wheelbase ETransit Chassis Cab. That is too long for what I need. I would assume some frame mods may be needed, but seems pretty feasible to shorten the wheelbase by moving the rear axle subchassis forward about 20".
Anybody have an ETransit chassis cab without the body on yet that can send me some detailed photos of the rear axle sub-chassis mounting and frame area between the battery and the rear wheels?
